ICBC Covers $94.50 including GST for each appointment. The patient is responsible for paying the difference of what ICBC does not cover. A minimum of a 45 minute appointment is required.
ICBC Covers $118.00 for the first visit and $100 for subsequent visits. The patient is responsible for paying the difference that ICBC does not cover.
